Dr. Rosenberg is the author of The Agile Approach to Adaptive Research: Optimizing Efficiency in Clinical Development (Wiley 2010), which received the JCS Library and First Clinical Research Bookshelf Awards, as well as more than 200 scientific articles. He serves on editorial boards and is a reviewer for multiple journals.

Dr. Rosenberg was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year for Health Sciences in the Southeast Region in 2000. He is currently a member of the Leadership Council of the Harvard School of Public Health, and is co-principal investigator of the Clinical and Statistical Coordinating Center for the National Institutes of Health. He also served as CEO of the American Social Health Organization, Senior Director of Global Epidemiology at Family Health International, and several roles at the Centers for Disease Control.

Dr. Rosenberg practiced emergency medicine for more than 25 years and currently serves as Clinical Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of North Carolina School Of Medicine and Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology at the UNC School of Public Health. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (Internal Medicine), the American College of Epidemiology, and the American College of Preventive Medicine. He completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of California and received a Master of Public Health degree (specializing in Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from Harvard.

Before joining Health Decisions in 1995, Dr. Higgins served as Global Director of Biostatistical Operations and Director of Biostatistics for a large multinational CRO. Earlier, he served as Senior Researcher and Director of Biostatistics for a global research firm specializing in reproductive health. Since 1999, he has served as Principal Investigator for Health Decisions' Statistical and Clinical Coordinating Center of the National Institutes of Health. Well renowned from his more than 30 articles in medical journals, Dr. Higgins is author of An Epidemiologic Approach to Reproductive Health World Health Organization, the core text for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention training workshops in reproductive health epidemiology.

Dr. Higgins received a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also holds an MS in Operations Research from Cornell University (1969) and a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University (1967).

Before joining Health Decisions, Alicia was the founder and CEO of a Washington DC-based consumer products company that included factories in Asia and distribution in all continents. She co-founded and served as CFO of a company providing international services to Fortune 500 companies. She also served as CFO as part of a turnaround team for a prominent medical software company and has served on numerous boards.

Alicia received her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Marketing from Swinburne Institute of Technology (Melbourne) and holds an MBA from Adelaide. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Over his sixteen year career, Bryan has moved fluidly between five "Big-5" Pharma, Consulting and Technology companies to several Internet startups. Through hundreds of technology projects, Bryan has proven that small, agile teams of highly-motivated technical experts will always succeed against all odds, deadlines and technical hurdles. At the same time, through user-centered design, strong research and user-advocacy, Bryan has consistently demonstrated that "enterprise-ready" can also mean intuitive, friendly and highly-interactive, rather than stale, boring and confusing.

Bryan and his team are passionate about systems that are easy-to-use, fast, scalable, and affordable. They have proven that agile software development is not only possible in a regulated environment; it's absolutely required to keep pace with the accelerated evolution of the CRO and pharmaceutical industry.

Bryan's education includes computer science and information technology studies at North Carolina State University and Capella University.

A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Shaun is a combat military veteran and business leader who has directed a broad spectrum of operational activities in healthcare, medical products and software segments. He is an analytical, process-driven, results-oriented leader with a track record of leveraging quality management and proven lean management principles to drive productivity and improvements throughout organizations.

Prior to joining Health Decisions Shaun held several positions focused on improving operations including Vice President of Operations at Viztek, Associate Director of Operations at Talecris and Director of Operations at ThinSpring.

Debbie has a wealth of both human resource and business experience with over 25 years in the field. Her knowledge dives deep into the core areas of human resources and includes international experience.

Debbie has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Carson-Newman College as well as her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
