Health Decisions offers a comprehensive health insurance program through Blue Cross Blue Shield with options to fit you and your family. Our coverage allows you to choose from a wide range of doctors, with no referrals required. Our prescription coverage offers low-cost generics, with medication co-payments waived entirely for certain chronic conditions. Dental coverage allows you to see the dentist of your choice and includes orthodontia coverage. In addition, routine vision exams and corrective lenses are covered. Health Decisions also offers a user-friendly flexible spending account that lets you pay for health care costs with pre-tax dollars.
Paid Leave
You will accrue personal leave each year starting with 20 days (4 weeks) per year.
