Before coming to Health Decisions, Ms. Paladin was President, CEO, and Chairman of a Washington DC-based consumer-products company with factories, partnerships, and distribution worldwide. She co-founded and served as CFO of a company providing services in international service markets, was CFO of a global sourcing company, and was a member of an executive turnaround team for a point-of-care billing and data-collection company. Her past responsibilities include financial reporting and analysis, risk management and negotiation of partnerships and acquisitions. Ms. Paladin is also the founder of PogoHealth, a web-based e-health information company offering services to healthcare professionals and organizations.

Ms. Paladin was educated in Melbourne, Australia, with a BA in Accounting and MBA from the Swinburne Institute of Technology. She is a licensed CPA.
