He has almost two decades of experience managing technical projects and software development in fields including patient accounting systems, enterprise application integration, e-business applications, financial software packages and utility billing systems.

Mr. Farris's background enables him to provide insights into opportunities to apply information technology to accelerate and streamline the numerous interlocking processes essential to conducting clinical trials. His experience has also enabled him to oversee development of both technological and human processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to Health Decisions customers.

Mr. Farris received a BA in Computer Science from East Carolina University in 1985. He is proficient in numerous programming languages and database applications for major operating systems. He has completed continuing education courses at North Carolina State University in a variety of topics, including Advanced Project Management and Database Management and courses in software development for healthcare.
