Network Impact
From 5:00 PM, May 22nd through 8:00 AM, May 27th, all Health Decisions Network applications and access points will be unavailable.
Impacted Network Applications
The following systems will be impacted:
- All study websites
- All phones
- All fax machines
- www.healthdec.com
- All Health Decisions web-based applications, including:
- WebMSL
- WebDQS
- WebRand
- SmartMonitor
- SmartPen - the pen should remain undocked during this time
- WebDE
- CTMS
- SAE Reporting
What To Expect:
If you attempt to access any Health Decisions network resources during this time, you will receive a message which states "Page Not Found", if you attempt to send us an email, it will bounce back as undeliverable. Do not be alarmed, everything will be back up and running on Tuesday, May 27th.
Unfortunately, Health Decisions staff will not have access to the systems during these dates either. We recommend that you do not schedule study subject visits during the network outage. If you will be required to see subjects enrolled in the study during this timeframe, please contact your Clinical Site Monitor or Project Manager prior to May 22nd to determine an appropriate work around.
