The focal point for each project is an experienced project leader, who serves as the primary client contact for the life of the project and starts with establishing study and program requirements. This manager is responsible for day-to-day management of the study and oversees the Health Decisions' project team. Each interdisciplinary project team strongly emphasizes responsiveness, initiative, flexibility and thoughtfulness, all with a view to meeting project goals quickly and effectively.

Our most senior staff are involved intensively in the initial planning and design stages, to a lesser degree throughout the actual running of the trial, and again more intensively at the end where their experience and perspective help guide the production of regulatory submissions and reports.

Our flat structure and open style emphasizes involvement of our most senior staff, including our CEO and division heads, as needed at all times.

Health Decisions takes pride in empowering our project staff with electronic tools that leverage individual capabilities into timely, responsive service. Secure websites for each project link to study databases, making real-time performance metrics available to all members of the project team on a need-to-know basis, regardless of physical location or time of day. Recruitment metrics, safety information and laboratory data are all available through the websites.
