Pivotal Study of an Alzheimer’s Drug
Health Decisions successfully conducted a pivotal study of a novel drug for Alzheimer’s disease. The project team closely tracked site performance, including variability in results of subjective assessments of cognitive function. This enabled rapidly identifying and correcting issues such as sites’ assigning different personnel to conduct subjective assessments. In addition, Health Decisions utilized efficient adaptive monitoring techniques and closely tracked enrollment metrics to ensure that the study met enrollment goals.
